A new contract on the National force standard between the HMI and the FMENA is signed according to which LIMS undertakes obligation of the development, preservation, maintenance and use of the national force standard. LIMS is accredited by the Croatian Accreditation Agency (HAA) and extends the scope of accreditation on the calibration of hardness.

Certificates and Accreditations

From 1990. LIMS acts as one of calibration laboratories at the FMENA authorized by the State office for Metrology, Republic of Croatia.

In February 2004. laboratory receives internationally recognized accreditation by the DKD (Deutsche Kalibrierdienst), today DAkkS (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle), in accordance with ISO / IEC 17025 for the calibration of force measuring equipment in the range from 50 to 200 kN under the accreditation mark DKD-K-35602.

2009 - LIMS extends the scope of accreditation on the calibration of force proving instruments (ISO 376) in the measuring range from 10 to 500 kN with measuring capability 0.05%.
